Shipping policy

Due to the impact COVID has had on the world, all delivery systems and organizations have slowed immensely. Often, it can affect how inventory gets to us...as well as how fast we can get it to you. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and an additional 14-21 business days for delivery.

All orders will receive a tracking number once processed and an email will be generated. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to display accurate information. Generally, we do not have access to any additional information aside from what displays when you track your package. All orders are packed carefully to prevent damage to their contents and may also require signature confirmation depending on their fragility and/or value.

Orders containing multiple items that vary in weight or fragility will be packaged separately to maximize the amount of protection we can include in the box.
